What crane is right for my job?

Staff at our dispatch office will be able to help you find the right crane. Please contact the dispatch office at 951-805-8087. Remember, we will make all attempts to provide you with the right equipment based on the information you provide.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, our staff works with you to determine your needs over the phone. Sometimes, however, due to site-specific safety concerns, we will need to see and size the job site. Free estimates are also available for any jobs that cannot be accurately determined over the phone.

Do you offer bare rentals?

No, all of our cranes include a crane operator. The crane operator will drive the equipment to your job site and operate the crane.

How far in advance do I need to call to order a crane?

Crane scheduling can be made weeks or days in advance. Depending on availability, same-day services may also be available. To place schedule a crane, please call our dispatch office at 951-805-8087.

Is a pre-site check required?

Most often we can get enough information over the phone. The more information you can provide us, the less likely it will be that we have to visit the site ahead of your scheduled services.

What other types of lifting attachments do you offer?

We do have a variety of webbing and attachments that cover the majority of jobs, from trees and landscaping materials, to furniture, HVAC equipment, and residential, commercial and industrial construction supplies.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve the LA, Riverside, San Bernadino, Orange and San Diego counties.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, cash and checks. We have credit accounts available to business customers upon approval.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do understand situations arise, however, we ask for a cancellation notice of 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made on the day you are scheduled, our minimum charge will apply.

Are you licenses and insured?

Yes, we are licensed to operate in all of the counties in our coverage areas. We are fully insured for personal injury and property damage.

Do you work in the rain?

Yes, but we will have to pause for lightning or reschedule. Also, we reserve the right to revaluate the safety of the job site due to heavy rain.

Do you work in the wind?

Yes, it is safe to plan on us working in windy conditions. However, we will have to reschedule in the event of severe winds.

Do you offer storage and warehousing?

We do not offer storage or logistics services.

What information do you need in order to provide a phone estimate?

We require weights, reaches, sizes and specifics about the items being lifted.

How much does it cost?

Prices vary. Please keep in mind, type of equipment, duration of use, special attachments and other factors could lower or raise the cost and you will need to call our dispatch office at 951-805-8087 to prepare an exact rate.

What happens if my job is rescheduled due to inclement conditions?

We will reschedule for the next available opening.
